Stuck in Traffic
Stuck in Traffic: Late appointment arrival time of more than 15 minutes without notification $10.00. NOTE: Any appointment arriving more than 1/2 hour late will be rescheduled unless cleared with owner/manager prior.
New Client Deposit
All new clients will be required to pay a 50% deposit on any service(s) totaling over $25.00 before an appointment will be made. This deposit will be applied to your bill at checkout. If you cancel your appointment with 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be refunded minus a $20.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel with 24 hours’ notice and reschedule your appointment, no cancellation fee will apply, and the deposit will remain a credit on your account. If you do not show for your appointment and no notice was given with confirmation from us as received, your deposit will not be refunded and will be considered a no show fee.
No Show Policy
To ensure the availability of our services for all clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. In the event of a missed appointment (no show), a $25 fee will be applied to your next invoice.
Faq
What vaccines are required for grooming?
Dogs must be current on their rabies and DA2PP (or a similar variation). Cats must be current on rabies and FVRCP. Small animals have no vaccine requirements. We do NOT require Bordatella or the Canine Influenza vaccines at this time.
How long can I leave my pet with you?
We understand that sometimes immediate pickup is not possible. Please discuss any lengthy time stays with us and we will be happy to make arrangments.
Do you dye hair?
Yes we do! For an additional charge, we have recently added ear and tail dying using a vegan, semi-permanent hair dye that is safe for dogs.
Where exactly are you located?
Our address is 135 Saint Matthews Avenue. We are located right next door to Twisted Hair Salon and directly behind Trinity Football Field. We sit a little further back on the street so we may be harder to find. We are also 2 doors down from Aiken Family Dentistry. We will be happy to walk out to the street to help you find us!
Do you do hand stripping or competition dog grooming?
We do not offer hand stripping or competition cuts at this time.
Will you brush out my fully matted (pelted) dog?
No, we will not. This is extremely painful for your dog and we refuse to put a dog through this for any reason.
